How we handle information collected through this website and during an engagement.

Arcus Mons AI Systems (“Arcus Mons”, “we”, “us”) builds and installs private, on-premises AI servers. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and in the course of an engagement, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect from this website
This website does not host a contact form and does not ask you to create an account. We collect nothing from you directly through these pages.
If you call the number or use the email address published here, we receive whatever you choose to tell us — typically your name, your firm, your phone number or email address, and a description of what you are looking for.
- Server logs. Our web host records standard technical information for each visit, such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
- Fonts. Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
- Cookies. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Information we collect during an engagement
To scope, build and install a server we collect business contact details, the information you give us about your firm’s size and workflow, and the network and configuration details required to deploy the system on your premises.
We do not collect, copy, retain or transmit the content your firm puts into the server. Prompts, documents, chat histories and the model itself stay on hardware you own, inside your network. At handover, access to the server is limited to the people you designate.
How we use information
- To respond to your call or email and to schedule a conversation.
- To prepare a quote and to order, build, configure and install your hardware.
- To provide training, support and warranty service.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the suppliers needed to fulfil the engagement — for example, the hardware vendor and shipping carrier used to deliver your server — and where we are required to by law.
Retention
We keep engagement records for as long as we support your system and for as long afterwards as our legal, tax and accounting obligations require. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as they are useful to us, and deleted on request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential client material by email — a phone call is both faster and safer.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
Children
This site and our services are directed to businesses, not to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

This site may link to other organisations’ websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
